Our resources team can help with the hire of equipment and our online shop is a great resource to help you get the most out of your musical experience. Of course our HR and Finance teams are there to support our staff and make sure that payments are collected and processed efficiently and our music centre staff will meet and greet you and ensure you know where you are going.     We’re hiring for a HR Lead to join our team.

     

    As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading the HR Team and providing day-to-day HR advice to managers and staff. In addition, you will help shape and lead our people strategy.

     

    Salary – £34,081 to £42,601 per annum

  • Head of Curriculum – Strings and Brass

    We’re hiring for a Head of Curriculum – Strings and Brass to join our team.

     

    As part of this role, you will ensure the ongoing musical success of the region. You will be responsible for a portfolio of peripatetic teachers, leading, supporting and developing them to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning, leading pedagogical debate, inclusive practice and improvement.

     

    Salary – £37,276 to £44,731
